Building in Lake Oswego

Good houses on demanding lots.

Much of Lake Oswego was built between 1960 and 1985: ranches, split-levels and daylight basements on sloped, wooded lots. The plans are dated but the lots are irreplaceable, which is why most of our Lake Oswego work is a whole-home re-plan, a primary-suite or great-room addition, or a tear-down-rebuild decision on a view or lakefront site.

Slopes mean engineered foundations and retaining; trees mean city tree-protection review; lakefront means Lake Oswego Corporation and shoreline considerations. All of it is knowable in preconstruction and priced before you commit.
