How we ask
Honest reviews, asked for honestly.
We ask every client for a review after the punch list is closed and they have lived with the finished work, not before. We never offer anything in exchange, and we ask people to describe the project and the experience in their own words rather than ours. If a review is critical, it stays up and we respond to it.
