Portland Project is run by Dennis Skoro: second-generation builder, Oregon Principal Broker, and the person accountable for every project the company takes on.

Dennis grew up on Portland jobsites. His family has been building and selling homes in this city for more than fifty years, which is a long enough time to learn which 1920s foundations hold up, what a 1970s split-level hides behind the paneling, and how a construction decision shows up in an appraisal.
As an Oregon Principal Broker as well as a licensed general contractor, he brings a perspective most remodelers don't have: what a project does to property value, how it plays in an inspection negotiation, and when transaction timing should change the construction plan. On Portland Project work he acts as your contractor; the real-estate perspective informs the advice, not the role.
He is the owner and principal of the company, and the person who answers when something needs a decision.

A structural engineer should engineer. An electrician should wire. Portland Project's job is to scope, price, sequence and manage that work, and to remain responsible for the whole, from first scope to final walkthrough.
