A project begins by determining your home build or renovation goals. Create a project wish list. We will do a walk through the land or existing property to begin evaluating the scope and take measurements.
Depending on the scope of your project, an architect, designer or an engineer may be needed for the plan. Our team will work with you to outline your renovation project.
Custom home building and renovation will require a strong attention to detail when selecting materials. An interior designer may assist in materials selection to ensure the desired aesthetic is achieved.
Site preparation, demolition and construction of the project will vary based on the scope of the work. As a general contractor, Portland Project will coordinate all sub contractors to ensure timely completion.
